MASSAGE THERAPY
Ayurvedic marma massage therapy is a deeply relaxing warm oil massage which uses specific techniques and stimulation of mama points to bring the body back into balance. Stress, poor diet and negative emotions can accumulate toxins at these energy points in the body and manifest pain, blockages or swelling. This can be an indication of imbalance. Combined with the use of rhythmic massage techniques, the stimulation of marma points encourages toxins and blockages to release from the body, enabling increased circulation and energy flow.
Warm Ayurvedic therapeutic oils are used to suit your specific dosha (constitution) and tailored to the individual to create balance.

Full Body Ayurvedic Marma Massage
This deeply relaxing and nourishing Ayurvedic massage releases both physical and mental strain, increases vitality, aids digestion and brings the mind and body back into balance. The stimulation of mama points (vital energy points) help detoxify the body, releasing accumulated toxins and increasing overall circulation. Unique to Ayurveda, therapeutic oils are used during the massage which are matched to your constitution and for the relief of particular ailments.
Full Body Marma Massage- 60 minute; £60 - Warm oil massage. (not including face due to Covid 19 restrictions)
Full Body Marma Point Massage - 1.5 hours; £80 - Warm oil massage spending more time on specific areas of the body. (not including face currently due to Covid 19 Restrictions)
Full Body Ayurvedic Marma Point Massage 1.5 hours with Pinda Sweda; £90 - Warm oil massage including a medicated poultice to give relief of tension in stressed and sore muscles plus reduce inflammation. (not including face due to Covid 19 restrictions)
Ayurvedic Head and Neck and Face - 45 minute; £45 (Currently unavailable due to Covid 19 restrictions)

Cancelation
I require a minimum of 24 hour notice for any cancellations. A cancellation fee for half price of the booking will be applicable if the required notice has not been given.
